Our Mission is to provide a variety of community resources that will meet the needs of the at-risk population within the communities we serve, thereby helping meet the growing concerns of at-risk and unhoused individuals.
We want to be an entity that builds a bridge from Foster Care to living as fully responsible individuals with the communities.

Dr. Shirley Clark has over 50 years of experience giving and supporting those that are in need. It is a passion that is near and dear to her heart. Her service as pastor for 14 years has allowed her to increase the work of helping individuals. 240 Impact Restoration Ministries will take that work and lending a helping hand to the next level. Dr. Clark will retire soon after being in the HealthCare industry for over 41 years and will devote full time to the work of the church and 2:40 Impact as it helping hand.
Jerome Childs has an extensive background in operations and operations management, acquired through over 30 years of experience within Kaiser Permanente. During his tenure at Kaiser, he held the following professional positions: Regional Buyer and Manager in Procurement, Health Plan Marketing Sales Representative, Consultant in KPIT, and Project Analyst in KP Health Connect.
Jerome has a strong civic presence. He served as a Fairfield Planning Commissioner and was both a Vice-Chair and Chair in that capacity. He is an Executive Board Member with the Solano County Black Chamber of Commerce.
Jerome will manage 2:40 Impact’s Grants and funding and ensure we remain financially secure.
Vali has over 30 years of experience in health care. As an RN, she became a Diabetes Educator. After seeing the increase of medical equipment being utilized in health care, she decided to go back to school and earned her degree in Biomedical engineering.
She worked on numerous projects at Kaiser Permanente; establishing equipment standards for the MDs and RNs to utilize in their day-to-day care of patients. She also managed the deployment of medical equipment and clinical systems at 21 Kaiser medical centers and Medical Office Buildings.
Vali will lead 2:40 Impact’s various project ensure they are carrier out with efficiency.
Verchonda Jones is a Community Service worker specializing in Behavioral Health, Christian counseling services and resources for families. With over 20 years of exceptional humanitarian service, she thrives assisting both youth and adults with care needed.
2:40 Impact allows her to continue her God given mission to stand in the gap for the community.
